Hand Surgery
Southlake Regional Health Centre has an excellent Hand Clinic staffed by four surgeons with an interest in hand surgery, a team of accredited hand therapists, and other administrative staff. Dr. Andrade sees hundreds of new patients every year with acute hand injuries including fractures, burns and lacerations. Other common operations performed by Dr. Andrade include surgery for compression neuropathy (carpal tunnel release, ulnar nerve decompression), excision of hand tumours, surgery for Dupuytren’s contracture, and other procedures.
